Refund Policy

Thank you for showing interest in becoming a member of Syntaxium Club. We value your commitment to learning and innovation in technology. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be applicable.
1. Non-Refundable Membership Fees
The Syntaxium Club membership fee of ₹350 is a one-time, non-refundable payment valid for the entire duration of your four-year degree program. Once payment is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded or transferred to another person.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Apply
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- If a duplicate payment was made for the same membership by mistake.
- If a technical error during the Razorpay payment process resulted in a failed transaction but the amount was still deducted.
In such cases, members must notify the club within 7 working days from the date of transaction by sending a written request to syntaxiumclub@gmail.com along with proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot).
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds (in the rare valid cases mentioned above) will be initiated within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment. Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Event Participation Fees
Occasionally, specific paid workshops or technical events may require additional entry fees. Such event fees will also be non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Syntaxium Club.

6. Changes to This Policy
