Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
At Syntaxium Club, we aim to ensure that every member receives their RFID-based ID card in a timely manner. The dispatch of the ID card will be initiated within 30 days of successful payment confirmation.
Shipping Availability
Shipping services are currently available only for students residing outside Ahmedabad city. Members within Ahmedabad will be notified for on-campus collection or through club representatives.
Shipping Charges
In most cases, the shipping cost is included in the membership fee. However, additional charges may apply depending on the delivery location, which will be communicated beforehand.
Delivery Updates
Once your ID card is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable). Please ensure that your contact details and postal address are accurate at the time of registration.
Delay or Non-Delivery
In rare cases, if the delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, incorrect address, or external disruptions, we will notify you immediately. Syntaxium Club will not be held liable for delays beyond our control.
